Carl is 25 years old.  He was born to dance.  He never stands still; he’s either tapping feet, drumming fingers, stretching, lifting weights, striking a ballet position…. The list goes on and on.

Carl began studying tap, jazz and ballroom dancing when he was seven years old.  During high school, Carl danced with the acclaimed Jefferson Dancers in Portland.  After graduation, he was accepted at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, majoring in dance.  Carl graduated from Cornish in May, 2007.

While in college, Carl participated in a number of professional performances in Seattle, Whidbey Island and New York City.  He’s performed ballet, modern and tap as a member of various dance companies, including the Seattle Opera and DASSdance.  For the last three years, Carl has performed with the Rainbow Dance Company at Western Oregon University, and through the Company he teaches tap and hip hop for school curriculums and after-school programs in the Dallas/Salem area.

Carl’s creativity as an entertainer and tap dancer puts him in an elite class of performer and his timing, sense of rhythm and syncopation add to his flair and fast feet to make him awesome to watch.
